Frequently Asked Questions
Why can't I access my program?
Your school or district must purchase a license in order to have access to the program. If your school has purchased a license and a Curriculum Associates representative has confirmed that the licensing has been completed, then you should be able to register your account.
Can I post PDFs from the Resource Library to my district’s Learning Management System (LMS)?
Subscribers may upload student-facing PDFs (e.g., student lessons and activities) to a Curriculum Associates-approved and password-protected LMS. To learn which LMSs are approved, visit the Terms of Use.
If you choose to post PDFs to your LMS, please be aware that files expire on June 30 of each year for purposes of Resource Library maintenance and updates. If you add files to an LMS, this expiration date may require that you reload these files after this date.
We ask that you do not post, email, or otherwise share answer keys or teacher-facing resources. Sharing these materials online enables students—both in your district and in other districts—to access answers to their assignments through search engines, which means students may miss out on valuable learning experiences.
For more comprehensive information around our content usage policies, please reference the Terms of Use.
Can I print out and make copies of PDFs from the Resource Library?
The PDF files within the Digital Resource Library contain content that is included in Curriculum Associates’s proprietary curriculum materials. These PDFs are provided to you on a limited permission basis.
In limited quantity and for use in your own classroom, you may print and/or make copies of student and teacher pages from lesson, practice, and assessment PDFs. Copies of these materials must include all copyright, trademark, and other proprietary rights notices contained on the original pages from which the copies were made. Except as specified in this paragraph, you may not reproduce, upload, post, transmit, download, or distribute any part of Resource Library content or information.
For more comprehensive information around our content usage policies, please reference the Terms of Use.
Can I post or share direct links to Digital Resource Library resources?
We ask that you do not share, post, email, or otherwise distribute direct links to Resource Library resources.
For more comprehensive information around our content usage policies, please reference the Terms of Use.
Is there a student subscription?
No, the Digital Resource Library is a resource designed to provide educators access to instructional resources that can be used for instruction and practice.
While there is not a student subscription, we encourage you to add student-facing PDFs from the Resource Library to Google Classroom or another approved LMS for the benefit of your students.
